Uncovering the strength in your story
My practice is built on a deep curiosity for each person's unique history. I believe that behavior is always an attempt to meet a need, and that we often adapt in ways that once kept us safe, even when those adaptations no longer serve us. Whether I am engaging a reluctant child or supporting an adult in reframing their self-concept, my focus is on collaborative, warm, and gently challenging support that moves you toward meaningful change.
